B2B & B2C – Creative Printing & Décor
Role Overview
We are hiring a driven Outdoor Sales Executive to generate and close B2B and B2C business for premium printing, art, and custom décor solutions.
This role is for a hunter and closer who can build relationships, manage projects, and deliver revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B clients (interior designers, architects, hospitality, corporates)
- Acquire high-value B2C residential projects (villas, apartments, private clients)
- Conduct client visits, consultations, and presentations
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution
Requirements
- 3+ years outdoor/field sales experience
- Background in printing, interiors, décor, fit-out, or creative services
- Proven closing and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
