Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accounts receivable, documenting bills, and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
- Updating financial records via accounting software
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Monthly closing & financial reporting
- Bank reconciliation
- Inter-branch reconciliation
- **VAT filing & compliance**
- **ZATCA** documentation support
- The candidate should possess knowledge about the **Tally Prime account software**.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong understanding of KSA accounting practices
- 3 years of Hands-on experience with accounting software & Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
