Job Title

Client Relationship Manager / Sales Account Manager / Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager / Sales Account Manager / Business Development Executive to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, increasing sales revenue, and expanding the company's presence in the ELV and Security Systems market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and periodic sales reports.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional account management.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in ELV, Security Systems, Construction, or related industries is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong sales and business development expertise.
  • Experience in proposal and quotation preparation.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Good understanding of ELV and security system solutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Qatar Driver's License.
