**Salary:** QAR 4,000 – 5,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM databases.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities for the sales team.
- Support business development activities and marketing campaigns when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Qatar market is preferred.
- Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa (preferred).
