Role overview

Amanies Co. seeks an experienced, creative chef for premium savory bites and event catering.

The role includes hands-on preparation and presentation, kitchen staff supervision, consistent quality, food safety, and timely event preparation.

Key responsibilities

Prepare canapés, mini sandwiches, tartlets, sliders, wraps, croissants, quiches, savory pastries, and similar finger foods.
Create menu items for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and private functions.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness; ensure orders are accurate and timely.
Support live stations and food presentation at events when required.

Candidate requirements

At least 4–5 years of relevant kitchen experience.
A culinary diploma or equivalent professional training is preferred.
