Female Business Development Manager

**Salary:** AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 + Attractive Incentives

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to build strong client relationships while driving business growth.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

· Follow up with potential customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

· Represent the company professionally at networking events and business meetings.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Relations, or a similar role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Professional appearance and positive attitude.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
