Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage front desk operations and office administration.
  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Support the sales and management teams with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings and office activities.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations.

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Know property listing, DLD documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Previous admin, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
