Amer Care Home Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine Specialist to provide high-quality medical care to patients in their homes.
The role involves conducting home visits, assessing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, developing treatment plans, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting preventive healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments during home visits.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Review laboratory and diagnostic test results.
- Coordinate patient care with nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide health education and preventive care recommendations to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Saudi Board or equivalent qualification in Family Medicine.
- Valid SCFHS registration and professional classification.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage patients in a home healthcare setting.
- Experience in home healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
