Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Conduct medical consultations, examinations, and assessments in patients’ homes.**
• **Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.**
• **Prescribe medications and treatment plans according to medical guidelines.**
• **Provide preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.**
• **Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care plans when necessary.**
• **Request, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic test results.**
• **Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.**
• **Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.**
• **Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and the home care team to ensure integrated care.**
• **Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.**
• **Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when necessary.**
• **Follow all infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards including CBAHI.**
• **Qualifications and Skills Required:**
• **Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent).**
• **Valid classification and registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).**
• **Previous experience in home health care is a must.**
• **Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.**
• **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
• **Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused.**
• **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**
• **Quality of medical care delivered at home, and adherence to operational KPIs like response time, arrival time, patient review and more.**
• **Accuracy and completeness of medical documentation.**
