Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Factory Supervisor – Aluminium & Glazing** to oversee day-to-day operations in our fabrication facility in Al Quoz.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in aluminium and glazing fabrication, production supervision, and workforce management to ensure high-quality output and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations for aluminium and glazing fabrication works.
- Manage production activities including cutting, assembling, machining, glazing, and finishing processes.
- Ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Allocate work to fabrication teams and monitor productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain quality control standards across all production stages.
- Coordinate with production engineers, project teams, and warehouse for material flow.
- Ensure proper usage of machinery, tools, and equipment in the factory.
- Monitor fabrication schedules and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and factory regulations.
- Maintain daily production reports and workforce attendance records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in **aluminium and glazing fabrication / factory supervision**.
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminium profiles, glazing works, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication details.
- Experience managing factory teams and production workflows.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures in fabrication environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
