Oversees field operations related to maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance across sites and projects.
Ensures work follows operational plans and quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site operations, maintenance, cleanliness, teams, and technical work.
- Track maintenance requests and activities through completion; inspect quality and cleanliness.
- Monitor contractors, suppliers, materials, equipment, and site safety.
- Prepare site reports, communicate with clients, and contribute to operational improvement plans.
Qualifications and requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, facility management, or related field.
- Previous facility-management or operations-and-maintenance experience; knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Experience supervising cleaning teams, technicians, and contractors; ability to prepare reports and monitor maintenance plans.
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency; organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in the field and move between sites; valid driving license.
