About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Facility Management Claims Coordinator based in Saudi Arabia to oversee and manage all aspects of facility management-related claims.
The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and insurers to ensure timely processing and resolution of claims, maintain contractual compliance, and perform risk assessments to mitigate potential liabilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage facility management insurance, warranty, and service claims from initiation to settlement
- Review and analyze claims documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, maintenance, legal) to gather supporting information for claims
- Manage contract terms and conditions related to claims, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Engage and negotiate with vendors, service providers, and insurers to resolve discrepancies and expedite claim settlements
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential liabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintain detailed records of all claims activities, prepare regular status reports, and track key performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-7 years of experience in facility management claims processing or related roles
- Technical proficiency in facility management systems and claims processing software
- Strong knowledge of contract management principles and best practices
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and documentation
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements for facilities and insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent professional certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Previous experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia
- Knowledge of ISO 55000 asset management standards
