About This Role

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Facility Management Business Development professional based in Riyadh to drive growth in our FM services portfolio.

The successful candidate will identify new market opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and lead proposal development and contract negotiations to achieve revenue targets and expand our footprint in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for facility management services in Riyadh and surrounding areas
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids to prospective clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to secure profitable agreements
  • Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless handover and service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine offerings and strategies
  • Report on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and business development metrics to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven business development experience in facility management or related services
  • Strong understanding of facility management operations and service offerings
  • Demonstrated success in sales negotiation and closing large-scale service contracts
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Solid project management abilities with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • Existing network of contacts within Riyadh’s commercial, healthcare, or governmental sectors
  • Experience working with multinational or large regional FM service providers
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, IFMA CFM, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with local regulations, compliance requirements, and procurement processes in Saudi Arabia
