Role Overview
The role is responsible for carrying out assigned maintenance and technical tasks, ensuring they are completed on time, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily maintenance tasks as instructed, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Report faults, follow up on corrective actions, and accurately document completed maintenance activities.
- Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at all times.
- Prepare maintenance requests and identify required materials to support work continuity.
- Perform building maintenance activities, including minor repairs and emergency support when required.
- Coordinate and follow up with service providers on assigned maintenance works to ensure completion in line with agreed standards.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external support when needed, and report progress accordingly.
Qualifications
1.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
2.
Professional engineering registration or relevant technical certification is preferred.
3.
Knowledge of facilities management, building systems, and maintenance standards is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or technical engineering support.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and building systems.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance activities with contractors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and facility operation standards.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency situations when required.
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
