About This Role
Role Purpose
Manage end‑to‑end procurement for facilities management (FM) services, materials, and contracts within a healthcare environment, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and uninterrupted hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure FM services (MEP, HVAC, soft services, waste management, utilities, AMC).
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
- Manage vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, and contract renewals.
- Maintain FM inventory levels for consumables, tools, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH/MOHAP) and safety standards.
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and audit‑ready documentation.
- Support FM, engineering, and clinical teams with timely procurement needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ procurement experience in healthcare or FM.
- Strong knowledge of FM categories and AMC management.
- ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).
- CIPS/CPSM preferred.
