About This Role

Role Purpose

Manage end‑to‑end procurement for facilities management (FM) services, materials, and contracts within a healthcare environment, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and uninterrupted hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure FM services (MEP, HVAC, soft services, waste management, utilities, AMC).
  • Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
  • Manage vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain FM inventory levels for consumables, tools, and spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (DHA/DOH/MOHAP) and safety standards.
  • Maintain procurement records, reports, and audit‑ready documentation.
  • Support FM, engineering, and clinical teams with timely procurement needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ procurement experience in healthcare or FM.
  • Strong knowledge of FM categories and AMC management.
  • ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).
  • CIPS/CPSM preferred.
