Location: Al-Ayn

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility management operations and maintenance activities.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive maintenance requests.
• Prepare and monitor work orders, service requests, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Support general operations activities and ensure smooth workflow across projects.
• Monitor schedules, attendance, and deployment of operational staff when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.
• Handle client requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in project mobilization and operational setup for new sites.
• Maintain proper documentation and operational records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in Facility Management and general Operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of FM operations and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Arabic Speaker is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
