About This Role
Location: Al-Ayn
We are looking for an experienced FM Admin to support and coordinate daily Facility Management operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, with general operations experience and the ability to coordinate between teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facility management operations and maintenance activities.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive maintenance requests.
- Prepare and monitor work orders, service requests, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Support general operations activities and ensure smooth workflow across projects.
- Monitor schedules, attendance, and deployment of operational staff when required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.
- Handle client requests and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in project mobilization and operational setup for new sites.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in Facility Management and general Operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of FM operations and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Arabic Speaker is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
