About the Role

Project Management

• Lead facade projects from award to completion and handover.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, quality, contract conditions, manpower plans, and resources.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams.

Technical and Site Coordination

• Manage shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, mockups, inspections, testing, and technical clarifications.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and installation works in accordance with approved documents and safety requirements.
• Resolve technical issues, interface conflicts, tolerances, and access constraints.

Procurement and Fabrication

• Coordinate material procurement from approved suppliers against project schedules.
• Oversee fabrication, factory inspections, quality compliance, and timely delivery to site.

Quality, Safety, and Compliance

• Implement project quality plans, ITPs, and quality-control procedures.
• Manage NCRs, snags, defect rectification, HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe working practices.

Commercial and Reporting

• Monitor cost, progress, and performance against budgets and schedules.
• Manage correspondence, records, variations, change orders, delays, claims, and extension-of-time documentation.
• Prepare monthly progress claims, invoices, payment tracking, progress reports, and final handover documents.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary facade coordination point with the main contractor, consultant, and client.
• Attend project coordination, technical, and progress meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum eight years of experience in facade and aluminum projects.
• Technical exposure to curtain walls, windows and doors, ACP, louvers, pergolas, and glazing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong technical, commercial, analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

• Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
• Published pay range is AED 5,475.60 to AED 23,585.37 per month.
