Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost estimates and budgets.
• Monitor expenses and budget variances; prepare cost reports and forecasts.
• Analyze cost data for trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
• Support cost control systems and procedures and validate cost information with project teams.
• Assist with change orders and contract modifications.
• Contribute to cost-saving strategies and value engineering.
• Participate in project reviews and provide cost insights.
• Maintain accurate cost control documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of cost control or related experience.
• Construction or engineering project experience is preferred; construction or architectural industry experience is a plus.
• Cost control, cost management, analytical, and project control skills.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, forecasting, and budget analysis; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and cost control principles.
• Communication, organization, time management, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
