The Façade Procurement Engineer manages procurement of façade materials to support timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness in line with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement of façade materials, systems, and accessories.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and material requirements.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and evaluate commercial offers.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with engineering, project, and site teams.
- Monitor purchase orders, production, and material deliveries.
- Ensure materials meet approved specifications and project schedules.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of procurement experience in façade, construction, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Good knowledge of façade materials, systems, and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 9,000–10,000 per month.
