Supervise daily site activities and manage workers to ensure construction work is safe, efficient, and aligned with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and site workers.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor work progress and meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Report site progress and issues to management.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years of UAE construction industry experience.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
- Proven experience supervising construction teams.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay listed from AED 1.00 per month.
