Responsible for procurement activities for façade fabrication at the company's in-house façade factory.
The role covers timely sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, and quality compliance for façade materials.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for aluminium extrusions, glass, sealants, gaskets, hardware, and façade accessories.
- Manage RFQs, quotation comparisons, commercial evaluations, and price negotiations.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with factory production schedules.
- Check materials against project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, logistics, and procurement costs.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, quality, factory, and procurement teams.
- Maintain procurement reports and ensure materials are available on time.
Requirements
- Strong experience in façade procurement and material sourcing.
- Curtain wall fabrication background is essential.
- Good knowledge of façade systems, aluminium, glass, hardware, and related materials.
- Experience with UAE and international suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial evaluation skills.
Pay
- The posting states pay from AED 1 per month.
