Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B outlets' operations.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Monitor product quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product quality.
- Minimize wastage and control food and beverage costs.
- Prepare operational reports and support management with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), café, or similar F&B environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management.
- Experience dealing with suppliers and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and can start ASAP with a valid QID & Food Handling Certificate
