F&B Supervisor (with lounge experience)
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor with lounge experience to oversee daily operations in our restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain high standards and lead a dynamic team in a fast paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all lounge food & beverage operations
- Ensure outstanding guest service and handle VIP guests professionally
- Lead, train and motivate the service team
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
- Previous lounge experience (hotel or premium venue preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
