Food & Beverage Supervisor

• As our new **Food & Beverage Supervisor**, you’ll help ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.
• A little taste of your day-to-day
• Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Supervising and supporting a team of food and beverage colleagues, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Assisting in delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by maintaining high service standards
• Monitoring food and beverage quality and service standards in line with company policies and responsible business practices
• Supporting stock control, cost management, and basic reporting to help meet financial targets
• Overseeing daily operations across outlets, restaurants, and banquet functions, while coordinating with supervisors and team members
• What we need from you
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Hotel Management, hospitality, or related field
• 2–4 years’ related experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Must speak local language
• Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies
