Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store food, beverages, and kitchen supplies
- Issue stocks to authorized departments following approved procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements
- Monitor stock levels and report items that require replenishment
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits
- Ensure proper storage conditions in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Organize the store to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and easy accessibility of items
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and Finance departments regarding stock requirements
- Report damaged, expired, or slow moving items promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Storekeeper or Store Assistant in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and food storage practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Good organizational and record keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or VIP/private palace operations is an advantage
