A prestigious **Private Luxury Palace** is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Staff Transport Coordinator** to manage and coordinate transportation services for employees, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Coordinate daily transportation schedules for staff and drivers
✔ Monitor staff pick-up and drop-off arrangements
✔ Communicate transportation schedules and updates to employees
✔ Maintain transportation records, attendance, and vehicle allocation logs
✔ Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transport services
✔ Handle transportation-related requests and resolve issues promptly
✔ Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
✔ Ensure compliance with company transportation policies and safety standards
Requirements
✔ Previous experience in transportation coordination, logistics, administration, or a similar role
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Good knowledge of Doha routes and locations
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple schedules
✔ Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
✔ **Must hold a transferable visa with NOC available in Qatar**
