Job Overview

  • NOW HIRING – F&B STORE MANAGER.
  • Location: Doha, Qatar.
  • A prestigious Private Luxury Palace is seeking an experienced F&B Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the F&B stores and warehouse.
  • Control inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of food, beverages, and kitchen equipment.
  • Monitor the condition, maintenance, and accountability of kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
  • Lead, train, and supervise store personnel while maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B store management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and kitchen equipment handling.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or VIP/private palace operations is an advantage.
