Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the F&B stores and warehouse
- Control inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of food, beverages, and kitchen equipment
- Monitor the condition, maintenance, and accountability of kitchen equipment
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards
- Lead, train, and supervise store personnel while maintaining high operational standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B store management within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and kitchen equipment handling
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or VIP/private palace operations is an advantage
