Guest Service Experts deliver a wide range of services so guests enjoy a memorable and unique dining experience.
Work includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies.
Key Duties
- Set tables and prepare for service.
- Communicate with the kitchen.
- Interact with and serve guests.
- Clean work areas and supplies.
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related work experience: at least 1 year.
- Supervisory experience: none.
- License or certification: none.
