Overview
We are looking for a **Cost Controller** to join our restaurant & café team.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in controlling costs within the F&B industry and ensuring efficient financial operations.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Cost Controller in restaurants or cafés
- Strong knowledge of **food cost, inventory control, and stock management**
- Experience with **purchasing, receiving, and supplier coordination**
- Proficiency in Excel and cost control systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control **food and beverage costs**
- Conduct regular **inventory checks and stock audits**
- Analyze variances and prepare cost reports
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to reduce waste
- Ensure proper documentation of purchases and stock movement
- Support management in improving profitability
