Work with a leading foundational AI lab to train its language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
The work draws on property management, real estate transactions, hospitality operations, and event production experience.
Workflows
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated property listing packages and lease abstract summaries.
- Work on event run-of-show schedules, venue sourcing proposals, guest experience service standards, and banquet event orders.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production.
- Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a relevant organization.
- Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and premium hospitality service standards.
- Expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, excellent written communication, and attention to detail.
Compensation
- Compensation is $70 per hour.
Commitment
- Flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, with more hours possible if desired.
- Start date is ASAP.
Location
- Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
