Newton Group of Companies seeks an experienced CIDESCO Spa Management professional for its training team.
The trainer will provide theoretical and practical instruction to students in the CIDESCO Spa Management programme.
Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Cover spa operations, administration, customer service, business management, and team supervision.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assessments.
- Guide and mentor students, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training delivery meets professional and educational standards.
Requirements
- A valid CIDESCO Spa Management qualification or certification is mandatory.
- Previous spa management and/or spa training experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, management procedures, and industry practices is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills, with ability to deliver theoretical and practical sessions.
- CIDESCO trainer or assessor experience is preferred.
Employment arrangement
