1221 Real Estate is a RERA-licensed brokerage in Dubai working across off-plan and secondary residential and commercial property.

We're building a team of driven, professional agents backed by strong marketing, quality leads, and direct developer relationships.

The Role

We're hiring experienced brokers who already know the Dubai market and can hit the ground running.

This is a commission-based role with an uncapped earning structure — your income is a direct reflection of your effort and results.

We provide the platform, tools, listings, and support; you bring the drive and closing ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and convert buyer and seller/landlord leads
  • List, market, and sell/lease residential and commercial properties (off-plan and secondary)
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers
  • Conduct viewings, negotiations, and close transactions end-to-end
  • Manage listings across Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA, DLD, and Trakheesi requirements (Form A/B/I, listing permits)
  • Maintain accurate client and deal records in the CRM
  • Stay current on market trends, pricing, projects, and new launches

What We'Re Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years of active real estate experience **in the Dubai/UAE market** (essential)
  • Proven track record of closing deals — you can show us numbers
  • Existing client network or lead-generation ability is a strong advantage
  • Valid RERA Broker Card (or willingness to obtain immediately)
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, projects, and pricing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Fluent English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages a plus)
  • UAE driving license and own car preferred
  • UAE residence visa or ability to relocate
