The Marketing Executive will own end-to-end digital advertising and content marketing for our brand.
You will plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and Instagram, while developing creative concepts that drive brand awareness and sales.
This is a hands-on, results-driven role with direct impact on business growth.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook)
- Manage daily/weekly ad spend, monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate), and produce performance reports
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve results
- Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, interest targeting, and custom audience builds
Creative & Content
- Develop compelling ad creatives — short-form video concepts, static visuals, captions, and hooks — aligned with platform best practices
- Brief and collaborate with videographers, photographers, and designers to produce high-quality campaign content
- Plan timely campaigns around seasonal moments: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid, National Day, and other Dubai-relevant occasions
Strategy & Brand
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals and key floral occasions
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints
- Manage SEO basics, Google My Business profile, and organic social media presence
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the UAE floral and gifting space
- Provide regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights
Experience & Education
- 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the UAE or Gulf market
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record managing paid social and search campaigns with measurable results
Technical Skills
- Proficient in TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Hands-on experience with pixel/tag setup, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and platform-native analytics dashboards
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent) and comfort with short-form video editing
Soft Skills
- Strong creative instinct — ability to generate original ideas, engaging hooks, and visually appealing concepts
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading analytics and making decisions based on performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Passion for aesthetics, lifestyle brands, gifting, or the floral/events industry is a plus
