Lead resident experience initiatives across KAIZEN Asset Management’s community portfolios in Dubai.
Combine smart technology, operational excellence, and customer service to improve community living spaces.
What you’ll lead
- Execute portfolio strategies and drive digitization and process automation to improve resident experiences.
- Use SnagReport, Master Plan, Mollak, and GRIDS to streamline operations, improve energy efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Champion smart buildings, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai Law No. 6 of 2019.
- Manage service providers, Owners Committees, budgets, procurement, and tendering.
- Train site teams, refine processes, and turn operational challenges into solutions.
Requirements
- BSc degree.
- 5+ years of community or property management experience.
- Deep expertise in RERA regulations, Dubai Law No. 6 of 2019, and Dubai real estate standards.
- Proven track record of launching community initiatives and measuring their impact.
- Technology-savvy, data-driven, and strongly customer-service oriented.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver who can work as a self-starter.
