Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to support our back-office operations.

This role is ideal for a candidate with advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional reports, presentations, and data-driven charts.

This is a non-customer-facing role, focused on internal coordination, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format
  • professional documents, reports, and correspondence (MS Word)
  • **Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and data analysis (formulas, charts, pivot tables)**
  • **Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations**
  • for internal and management use
  • Maintain and organize
  • company records, files, and documentation systems
  • **Handle data entry, reporting, and administrative tracking tasks**
  • **Coordinate internally with departments to collect and structure information**
  • **Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all documents**

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an
  • Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant / Back Office Executive
  • **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**
