Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to support our back-office operations.
This role is ideal for a candidate with advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional reports, presentations, and data-driven charts.
This is a non-customer-facing role, focused on internal coordination, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format
- professional documents, reports, and correspondence (MS Word)
- **Create advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and data analysis (formulas, charts, pivot tables)**
- **Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations**
- for internal and management use
- Maintain and organize
- company records, files, and documentation systems
- **Handle data entry, reporting, and administrative tracking tasks**
- **Coordinate internally with departments to collect and structure information**
- **Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all documents**
Requirements
- Proven experience as an
- Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant / Back Office Executive
- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**
- is mandatory
- Strong skills in
- data analysis, reporting, and presentation design
- **Excellent organizational and time-management skills**
- **High attention to detail and accuracy**
- **Ability to work independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment**
