Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Executive – Facility Management
with previous experience as
Site Engineer
or
Senior MEP Supervisor
- to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
- Supervise day-to-day FM operations including MEP, cleaning, etc.
- Ensure all AMC, PPM, and corrective maintenance activities are executed as per schedule
- Monitor service requests (SRs), complaints, and quotations through the system/portal
- Coordinate with technicians, cleaners, vendors, and subcontractors on site
- Ensure compliance with HSE, client SOPs, and company policies record maintained
- Inspect completed works and ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments (HR, SCM, Finance)
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports, site updates, and daily SRs closure status
- Support handover, inspections, and audits (IDAMA / DCM / Client)
- Lead and guide technicians and cleaners on daily tasks
- Execute PPM, corrective maintenance, and cleaning schedules
- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and PPE
- Coordinate with Facility Coordinator for job allocation and priorities
- Attend and close service requests and client complaints
- Perform basic inspections and identify potential issues
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of team members
- Update job status and support documentation/photos for closure
- Assist during inspections, handovers, and emergency situations
- Maintain all the HSE and operation documents up to date
