Manage and coordinate operational aspects of exhibitions within the logistics cluster.
Support successful exhibition logistics through financial transaction handling, customs compliance, and communication with government departments and clients.
Responsibilities
- Verify income and cost accruals before month-end closing and prepare monthly financial and operational reports.
- Manage billing invoices and cost indications in CargoWise; follow up on collections and payments.
- Book costs, close completed files, and ensure pending jobs are reserved and accrued for billing and booking.
- Handle customs duty and deposit claims, obtain special government permissions, and resolve invoice disputes.
- Support operations and customer service teams with import/export shipment follow-up for exhibitions.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of logistics experience focused on exhibition operations.
- Proven experience managing financial transactions and customs processes.
- Experience liaising with government departments and handling special permissions.
Languages and preferred qualifications
- English is required; Arabic is preferred.
- Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
