We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior C suite executives in a fast paced, multinational organization.
This role requires someone who can go beyond traditional administrative support and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex priorities, senior stakeholder relationships, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, priorities, and schedules to support leadership effectiveness.
- Coordinate Executive Committee, Board, and senior leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, minutes, action tracking, and follow up.
- Act as the primary liaison between C suite executives and internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, briefing materials, and business correspondence.
- Manage confidential correspondence, contracts, records, and executive documentation with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate cross functional initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery of key outcomes.
- Track executive action plans, key deliverables, and deadlines to ensure commitments are completed on time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries, accommodation, and expense processing.
- Support procurement activities, approval workflows, vendor coordination, and general business administration processes through enterprise systems.
- Manage executive office operations, including office resources, assets, IT equipment, and administrative support.
- Perform additional executive coordination and business support responsibilities as required.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience supporting C suite executives or senior leadership within a large, complex organization.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast paced, multinational environment while handling highly confidential information.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, ERP, HCM, BPM, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Strong business acumen with sound judgment and executive presence.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision support skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
