Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Executive Assistant

to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-up actions on behalf of management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries when required.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to support executive decision-making.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide day-to-day support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
