About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Registration & Customer Service Representatives to support a school-based project.

The successful candidates will play a key role in welcoming visitors, assisting with registration processes, collecting basic information, and ensuring individuals are directed to the appropriate locations efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Register visitors and collect required information accurately.
  • Verify basic information and ensure records are complete and up to date.
  • Provide clear guidance and directions to the appropriate departments, classrooms, or designated locations.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide general assistance in both Arabic and English.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and represent the organization professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor flow and registration processes.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

  • Saudi National.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, registration, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
