Role Description
This full-time Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role at Entreprise Traoré Et Frères (ETEF) SARL is an on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.
The role involves managing daily schedules and calendars, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
The assistant will handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries, as well as coordinate personal and professional commitments.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing correspondence, maintaining records and files, handling phone calls and emails, and supporting document preparation and basic reports.
The role also requires liaison with internal teams and external partners, maintaining confidentiality, and providing proactive support to enhance executive productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including organizing personal tasks, managing errands, and coordinating personal schedules.
- Proven Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Effective Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, appointment scheduling, and prioritization of commitments.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, record-keeping, data entry, and basic office administration.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, calendar tools).
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders or high-net-worth individuals is advantageous.
- Relevant diploma or degree in administration, business, or a related field preferred.
