We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Asset Integrity Manager to lead the development and execution of asset integrity strategies across our operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, compliance, and long-term performance of critical assets.
You’ll work closely with engineering, maintenance, operations, and leadership teams to minimize operational risks, optimize asset lifecycles, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage asset integrity programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of critical equipment and infrastructure.
Lead risk assessments, integrity evaluations, and failure investigations.
Oversee inspection, testing, maintenance, and asset monitoring activities.
Analyze asset performance data and recommend improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize asset lifecycle management.
Manage integrity-related projects, budgets, and contractor activities.
Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and management presentations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and asset reliability.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of asset integrity management systems and reliability engineering principles.
Experience
with risk-based inspection (RBI), maintenance strategies, and asset performance management.
Understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience
managing multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional projects.
Professional certifications related to asset management, reliability, or engineering are advantageous.
