About This Role

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder of a diversified global business spanning wholesale stocklots, luxury resale, logistics, and sustainability ventures. This is not a routine assistant role — it is a strategic partnership position designed for someone who can grow into a trusted advisor, managing half of the operational workload and guiding decision-making with insight and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow the entrepreneur to learn business operations, contacts, and workflows.

• Manage and execute 50% of daily workload independently (business coordination, supplier follow-ups, compliance tasks, reporting).

• Handle 25% of workload after oral briefing (tasks requiring context but not direct founder involvement).

• Support the founder on strategic matters requiring judgement, discretion, and social intelligence.

• Act as a bridge with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.

• Provide insightful feedback and guidance once familiar with the business ecosystem.

• Maintain flexibility in working hours to align with international operations and founder’s schedule.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• Experience: 7–10 years in executive management, operations, or high-level executive assistance.

• Skills:• Strong social and emotional intelligence to navigate complex relationships.

• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and troubleshoot.

• Tech-savvy with productivity and project management tools.

• Personality: Discreet, adaptable, proactive, and capable of growing into a trusted advisor role.
