Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Specialist (Contract) who is an Arabic speaker to join our team at Visioneers.
This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, workshops, and seminars
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure event success
- Develop and maintain detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate event marketing and communication efforts to maximize attendance and engagement
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Ensure all events comply with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required
