Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide cross-functional teams, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative environment
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and addressing concerns
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and negotiate contracts with vendors when necessary
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies, monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Quality Assurance: Establish and execute quality assurance processes to evaluate project deliverables, conducting regular quality reviews
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare status reports and executive summaries for project sponsors and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and meeting minutes
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices to optimize project management methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
• Proven experience managing complex projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
