We are seeking an Events Business Development to drive revenue growth, expand our client portfolio, and strengthen our presence in the events and exhibitions industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding event solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong network within the UAE market is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

- Events Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
