We are looking for a creative, energetic, and dedicated Event Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from preparation to completion.
- Communicate with clients, handle inquiries, and manage event bookings and orders.
- Host interactive games and entertainment activities for children and families.
- Perform balloon twisting, face painting, and other creative entertainment activities.
- Operate event equipment and machines, including popcorn, cotton candy, and ice cream machines.
- Supervise event setup, decoration, equipment handling, and dismantling.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or family entertainment.
- Practical skills in game hosting, balloon twisting, and face painting.
- Ability to operate entertainment and catering machines safely.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience handling client inquiries, bookings, and event orders.
- Creative, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Physically fit and willing to assist with event equipment setup.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation and Employment
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 per month.
