We are currently looking for an Event Operations Manager to join our team, based full-time in our Bangalore office.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of high-quality events across the MENA and India regions, including conferences, exhibitions, and boardroom events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end event operations, ensuring seamless delivery
- Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and partners
- Oversee speakers’ logistics and communications
- Work cross-functionally to meet operational requirements
- Ensure all events are well-organised, efficient, and cost-effective

- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong event management experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
