The Great Minds Group is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team and support our portfolio of international conferences and exhibitions, including the Intelligent & Autonomous Defence Systems event.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow event social media pages across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
· Research and share relevant industry, market, and competitor updates.
· Create engaging content and social media calendars
· Coordinate with designers, marketing managers, and production teams
· Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
· Monitor engagement and community interactions
· Produce performance reports and recommend improvements
· Support onsite event coverage, including live posting, stories, and interviews
Requirements
· 2+ years of social media marketing experience
· Strong copywriting and content creation skills
·
Experience
with LinkedIn and B2B marketing preferred
· Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
·
Experience
in events, exhibitions, conferences, or media is an advantage
· Based in the UAE
